What is your DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy?

All products have a 100% healthy arrival guarantee! Picture within 2 hours of USPS delivery timestamp required. We will send a replacement if product(s) are dead upon receiving. Shipping cost is not included for replacement (shipping paid by customer for replacement).

Loss and melt of leaves and roots may occur during the shipping process. These are live specimen that require basic light, water, and air. Without these conditions transport can be shocking. Please allow the plants to reacclimate for 2 weeks and they will stabilize.

Do you offer more plants that are not posted on the website?

With over a few hundred aquatic and terrestrial species in our warehouse, we have too many plants to post online..BUT we would love to share with you our inventory lists upon request!

How to request inventory lists

Please use the 'Contact Us!' page on our website or email mizumoritropicals@gmail.com to request one or more of the following inventory lists.

• Aquarium Plants
• Terrarium Plants
• House Plants
• Orchids (Miniature orchids perfect for terrariums! Such as lepanthes, dryadella, and trisetella)

Do you accept pre-orders for pickup at upcoming events and shows?

Yes! We do!

• Name, address, delivery preference
• Plant(s) and quantities

A representative will get back to you as soon as they can.

***All pickup orders must be submitted and paid for within 48 hours before the start of a show, pop-up, or event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Mizu Mori accepts cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and card.

Do you do wholesale?

Email mizumoritropicals@gmail.com to create a wholesale account and receive the wholesale price list. Additional discount minimums are stated below.

• $500 Order = 10% discount
• $1000 Order = 15% discount
• $2000+ Order = 20% discount
