DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

• All products have a 100% healthy arrival guarantee! Picture within 2 hours of USPS delivery timestamp required. We will send a replacement if product(s) are dead upon receiving. Shipping cost is not included for replacement (shipping paid by customer for replacement).
• Loss and melt of leaves and roots may occur during the shipping process. These are live specimen that require basic light, water, and air. Without these conditions transport can be shocking. Please allow the plants to reacclimate for 2 weeks and they will stabilize.
